2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Before Course Start:

  • You may cancel your enrollment in a course before the course start date.

  • A cancellation fee may apply, and the amount will be specified at the time of cancellation.

• Cancellation After Course Start:

  • No cancellations are allowed after the course has started.

  • Once the course has commenced, you are responsible for the full course fee, and no refunds will be provided.

3. Refund Policy

• You may raise your full refund 1 day before the course commencement date. For refund you need to write the mail to atharvlabs.jee@gmail.com .The process of refund usually takes 10-12 working days for both national and international payments.  

• There will be strictly No Refunds After Course Start:

  • We do not offer refunds once a course has started, and you have gained access to course materials.

• Exceptional Circumstances:

  • Refund requests based on exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Requests must be submitted in writing to atharvlabs.jee@gmail.com, accompanied by supporting documentation.

4. Course Modification or Cancellation by Atharv Labs

• We reserve the right to modify or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, low enrollment, or other reasons.

• In the event of course cancellation, participants will be notified, and a full refund will be provided.

5. Processing of Refunds

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method.

• The processing time for refunds may vary and is subject to the policies of the payment processor.
